I didnt create this i just find it offline, no need to download any programs or run. there was a guy on here that was charging people $100 for a similar unlocker, only difference is his have all the dlcs mines dont. dlcs currently do not work, but i was able to add a couple of dlc costumes that i find online. A free download of DOA5LR Costume Catalog LR37&38 is required. This content is included in the Season Pass 5 + Character (PS4)/New Costume Pass 5 + Character (Xbox One). So this unlocks all the characters for doa 5 last round(works for steam version of core fighters). These costumes are based on fan-submitted designs from the Designers Challenge costume contest.
